Although we approved the paint sample, it was immediately clear from the first room that the gray turned very blue on the walls. We were unhappy with it & totally prepared to absorb the cost of new paint, Angela insisted it was a good gray and treated us like we were overreacting. We deferred to her judgment but we're completely unhappy with it by midway through the second level. At that point they said we might as well finish with that color because it would be an easier base for redo than the original white. We foolishly payed them expecting to get a sizable discount on redo of the walls (ceilings, trim & 2 bathrooms were fine). Angela then came back with a redo bid of the FULL ORIGINAL COST. ... absolutely no discount given the circumstances .... and not even a discount for the parts that did not need to be done. We felt totally taken, disrespected, railroaded & manipulated. She also refused any negotiation. Buyer beware!!!!!

We have used Angela several times and have been extremely pleased with the quality of work and competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again for drywall repair and interior/exterior painting in our home.
