Dishonesty

I went to this store to upgrade my phone. When I tried to exchange my phone (within 30 days) to the new iPhone, I was informed to hold on to my newly upgraded phone until more iPhones were in stock. I periodically called the store to check the status of the iPhones being delivered. While on the third call to the the store I was informed that my 30 days was almost up and I may miss the opportunity to exchange my phone. I explained that I had been in the store already and spoke to someone who said this would not be a problem. I was politely informed that the employee must not have known store policy and that I was speaking to the manager. So I immediately returned to the store to drop off my phone (still within my thirty days). The employee who had previously told me that I could wait for the iPhone to come into stock was working, so o.k. I thought, we can get this figured out.The employee turned out to be the manager his self. There was no misinformed employee but the store manager his self boldly lieing, looking me straight in the face. There are plenty of AT&T stores, stay away from this one
