I used Battlefield Plumbing three times, once to replace the polybutylene pipes in my townhouse, a second time to replace drainage pipe along the foundation, and a third time to replace an underground water pipe to the curb. In each case, Battlefield’s chief plumber clearly articulated several available options and quoted fair estimates. The jobs were all completed within the estimates and in a timely and efficient manner. I found the Battlefield personnel to be knowledgeable and experienced plumbing professionals, and I will not hesitate to use them again when needed.

I was unhappy with my experience and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State of Virginia. I found them unprofessional, messy and hard to work wtih. Only the supervisor spoke English and he was often absent and not present at all the last day. I would look elsewhere to get my repipe or plumbing work done.
