This is a great family owned business that’s been around for 63 years. I have had a couple of machines serviced In the past and Mr. Berger is an expert at this trade. They are highly knowledgeable about the Babylock Machines and when I was ready he worked with me to make sure I purchased the best machine for my needs. I’m just getting back to sewing and they offer one on one training to learn my new machine. Mr. Berger spent lots of time with me making sure that I had the best machine for my sewing needs. Great, Great Shop!

The guy told me $50 for a speed controller power cord for a singer 401a also got a $3 package of needles and a couple dollar roll of thread he charged me $72 when I looked at home on the internet I saw I could buy the speed controller for $10 I am sure the cord was way less so all-in-all I had about $20 worth of stuff and this guy charges me $72? Maybe because I'm a man and I obviously don't know too much about sewing. No sense trying to return the stuff with their no returns on electrical parts and they're 25% restocking fee. My opinion this guy is nothing more than a crook.
