Well we arrived there on a col...

Well we arrived there on a cold day after visiting family. Went in to get a room and the receptionist was being either trained or didnt know what he was doing. He gave me my key and I went back out to the truck to find parking. My husband and I carried our 2 children into the building then outside to get to our room. All rooms are accesable from the outside. Get to the door and our key wont work.... So I had to run all the way back down and get the reciptionest to redo the key. The manager esscorted me back and when i tried the new key it worked. I opened the door and a man rolled over in the bed and said EXCUSE ME! Wow is all i can say. I got a laugh but how the hell do you double book a room. As for the rest of the stay it was neat and tidey had a refregerator and microwave, flat screen tv. Bathroom accomodations were less than what we had previously in our hotel stays. Just the basic coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cups, shower cap.
