If I could give negative stars I would. They don't return calls. They don't complete work. When you ask for documentation of work the wife (co-owner) will yell at you and threaten to not complete the work even after deposit has been made. All I can say is go elsewhere. 12 weeks for 3 HR job and still no return call. Buyer beware

Horrible experience. No shows, a job that should have taken 3 days, took 6 months. They subcontracted all the repair work and never came to look at the work and then charged for the estimate instead of the actual work. I made constant phone calls and received excuses and promises. Paid the invoice just to not have to ever deal with them again. The other reviews date back to 2008 so I can't believe they are still in business. They are so bad they need negative stars.

If a significant problem should arise during the course of their work they will be unresponsive and will NOT stand by their word. Instead they will ignore you and drag out the repair process to the point of you wanting to give up. Do not use C&A Pools. There are numerous formal complaints against this company and if you are thinking of using C&A please take the time and do the research. An awful company!

Unreliable!Nightmare company!Although looking at their"Fancy website"you would not think so.

They never show when they are scheduled to,they do NOT return phone calls when needed,and

more importantly they can NOT troubleshoot problems.I highly reccomend doing extensive research

on this company before making any expensive decisions.They have caused nothing but stress and
