Sweet Cupcakes, Sour Service. If I was basing my review solely on how these cupcakes tasted and looked I would have given them at least 4 stars just to be fair. I wanted to do cupcakes for my wedding this past May and I have had confections cupcakes on many different occasions and they are delicious! It wasn't until I had to deal with all the people that work there that I changed my viewpoint. When I had inquired about doing my wedding cupcakes, even though I said "I do not want anything custom or fancy, I just want to order a few different flavors of cupcakes" I received a response back saying I would need to set up a wedding consultation, and then there were all of these "up charges" I was not aware of just because it was a wedding... Before that I had seen online a couple months prior that they offered an even bigger discount of orders of 12 dozen or more. When I asked if that could be honored, and if it was ok to use my own cupcake stand and pick up the cupcakes myself instead of having them delivered I never received a response. The only time I have been inside the actual store, I had taken my Mother in Law so she could try the cupcakes before the wedding. The young girls working inside had attitude and seemed bothered I was even there. I ended up making a large online order for a "social event" and sending one of my bridesmaids to pick them up....
