This place is horrible! I highly recommend you take any business elsewhere. My car was sideswiped and their insurance company told me to go there. I took the car there to have the repairs done.When i got the car back, the inside reeked of cigarettes and one of the mechanics had left a pack of cigs in the front seat, there was tape residue all over the car, the replaced part was not a match to the existing one, and they charged a rediculous amount for horrible quality and serivce. They act as if you are causing them an inconvenience. Every. Single. Employee. Was unpleasant or rude or sketchy.. From the customer service (Pam was especially rude) to the mechanics who do the bare minimum and stare awkwardly at you as they smoke... If you don't believe me, read other peoples reviews in google! I wish i had read them before I went there, thats for sure! Please, do not use Craftsman Auto Body on Quarry Rd in Manassas, YOU WILL REGRET IT
