I was looking at a vehicle that Dash Motors was selling used. I sent an e-mail to the dealer and he (Matt) called me. I said that I am shopping around the area and would be traveling there to buying a vehicle so I wanted all the information up front before making the trip. He was unhelpful and seemed not to care about anything I said. I asked for the carfax report to be sent me and gave an e-mail address. I also said I was going to send someone to look at the vehicle who lives in the area.

I never got the carfax report e-mailed to me, never got a call back from the dealer with answers to my questions. When the person went to look at the vehicle no one helped them, when they asked for help the salesman was rude (this is being kind). After all this I read the other reviews on cars.com and on the BBB website. Well I was reading the review the price on the vehicle went up over $500 as I was looking at it. I printed all the information on the vehicle before and had it with my research so I double checked the price of the vehicle with my files. Of course it went up someone was calling about it and someone went to look at it.

I called other dealers in the area and asked them about this place and none of them had anything good to say about the business. If I go there to buy a vehicle I will treat them the way they treat everyone. I will be the rude, pushy, check every little thing on that vehicle with my own tools, and ask for flat Edmund's assessed value for the vehicle not a penny more.

I have been looking for a Mercedes CL55 for quite some time now and just haven't found one that was exactly what I was looking for... I saw a couple in the Metro DC area and went out to visit the used car dealerships to check them out. Dash Motors in Manassas was where I ended up buying it from because their prices couldn't be beat. Arash Dash was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I wanted to make sure that I was making a good decision by going with this dealership, since this is an older vehicle. And I'm glad I went with them. I love my car!
