As far as actual work I'm not able to say how they are as a company. However as far as customer service goes the owner himself needs a class. I called because I was uncomfortable with how well his driver was paying attention to the road. His driver spent 3 minutes of the 5 I was behind him looking at his co worker to talk and maybe 40 seconds of this time was spent stopped. I didn't feel safe behind the guy and wouldn't want to think of having him behind me. Just to check I looked at the car behind me who gave the guys a dirty look. When I was safely home I called the company after all the name is all over the truck. The owner first off doesn't know the licence plate number and asked me what vehicle it was I don't know vehicles so I told him it was a white truck driving toward Manassas and had turned left on to Compton rd toward Manassas still he knew then who I was talking about I explained my feelings about the driver and expressed my concern about a possible accident one day. The owner who never stated his name said the guy had plus points on his licence so how was he to tell his employee to stop looking at his co-worker when he's driving. I then said this isn't great customer service to which he asked me if I owned a construction company I said no he said well then I don't really need to care then. If this is how he is when someone who possibly wouldn't or couldn't help sell his company why would anyone want to work with him?
