I am a current resident. We have been here for about 2 years. The instilled a new rule this year prohibiting work vehicles as this is the only way my husband can get to work his company allowed us to remove the logos on his van. We were told this is fine. Now my husband wakes up to his van gone at 5 am when he has to be at work. Mind you it was parked here fri and sat night. They made sure to tow it sun so he would miss work.tell me how are we to pay rent with practices like this?? On to second thing cats lots and lots of cats guy next door feeds them they poop all over my porch outdoor furniture etc. heaven forbid I leave a stroller out or let my baby play in the dedicated yard!! I have complained and nothing is done despite feeding ferrel cats is against the lease. I suppose toeing hard working people is more important than cracking down on the cat feeders which drawl raccoons very large opossums and other wild animals. Well as for recommending this place oh no!! Keep Looking!
