Made a delivery order. Gave my credit card number. Called back to cancel because wait time was too long. Clerk said he had already charged it he would try to refund me and call me back. No call. Called again in the morning after seeing they took the amount out 2 times and no refund. Left a msg for the manager to call me who by the way is never there to talk to. No call. Called again that night, was told the the manager said that they did refund me I told the clerk he did not refund me but charged my card again, he could not give me the manager or give me a refund or why it was charged again. I am suing them and reporting them to the BBB. Do not use your Credit cards with these people or you may end up like me fighting to get my money back.

Don't bother. These people have had 3 chances with me. First time, I ordered an hour and half before closing. They never showed, the next day they laughed and said the driver gave the food to some guy in my parking lot. Second time, they brought the wrong order, put me on hold when I called in and each time thereafter, they never addressed the problem. This third time, they brought half the order, when I called a man said he wasn't an employee, he was a customer who was just answering the phone and could not help me. They hung up when I called back, and I called the next 2 nights to get the rest of the order THAT I PAID THEM IN FULL FOR, but was lied to and laughed at both nights while I waited outside for them to return as promised.

Forget this place. The food sucks anyway. You can stay home and be hungry without their help. Call Pizza Time or Big Joe's instead, you won't have one problem with either of those places.
