They guaranteed that I would pass inspection and when I failed, they told me they were not responsible and could not help. They threatened to REPO a car that I was paying on in advance, but the kicker was that it was not financed through them at all and they had been paid by the finance company. I am completely mortified at this experience and I am still dealing with this matter two and a half months after purchasing a vehicle from them. I have expired tags, no valid registration, they didn't transfer my title, and they are requesting additional funds from me after they were given a $4200 down payment. It was so terrible that I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau where I learned that they had three similar complaints, a D- rating (they are not BBB accredited), and one case in which they did not respond too at all. Ask yourself, is this a place that you want to spend your hard earned money with in this tough economy? I DON'T THINK SO!!!

Very good service and friendly team. I've used this dealership to trade in my Honda Civic for a used Audi A3 . The dealership has given me a good trade-in price, better than other large dealerships around. As for my Audi, I can say that after driving it for almost a year now, I haven't run in to any major issues. I've even done my maintenance at the Lucky Auto Group mechanic shop.

Recently purchased vehicle from them after I saw review on the company I still insisted to go and look at the car. My Passat drives likenew it is used car and I understand no one can predict any future problems but my car has been very good to me they gave very good deal bobby and hector assisted me with the whole purchase process and they gave me free 3 month warranty on the car which I understand all used car dealerships provide and I know those warranty doesn't cover bumper to bumper I would defenly buy cars from them again.

Saw a car listed on Craigslist by Luck Auto Group for a very good price. When I sat down to close the deal, the salesperson told me that they made a mistake with the price and it’s actually $1,000 more than the listed price. I really needed a car badly so I agreed to the higher price since it had very low mileage and I was hoping I’m going be able to use this car for at least 5 more years. Bad decision!!! A few days later, I had to spend $400 to fix a coolant leak. Then a few more days, the dreaded check engine light came on. This time, it's a problem with the catalytic converter. Our mechanic suspects that the party we bought the car from had re-set the check engine light before selling us the car so it will run for a couple of weeks before coming on again. Since I bought the car as-is, there is nothing I can do about it except blame my decision for going to Lucky Auto Group in the first place. But the worst thing is that one month after buying the car, I still do not have the car title! I was originally told by Lucky Auto Group that the title is with the auction house and that I will get the title in the mail in about a week. Now, one month later, Lucky Auto Group tells me that they still do not have the title. This is an extremely bad experience dealing with a business with questionable practices. I finally got the title 3 months after we got the car. I met Bobby, who identified himself as the owner. He said he had intended to fix some of the problems with the car before selling it and apologized for the bad experience. Then he offered to order the original key for us (we had only received the valet key) and said he would call me once he gets it. After following up about it numerous times with no results, one of their sales people actually said I should forget about getting the key from them. To potential car buyers out there: Do you really want to deal with such a business?
