Provided by YPmobileI purchased my 2008 F-150 from Battlefield Ford Used Car Sales in 2013. During the test drive I noticed that it had a grinding noise in the brakes, and the inspection sticker was less than 2 months old. I asked them to inspect and repair the brakes before I purchased the truck, which they did; However I spoke to a technician there, who told me, the brakes were so rusted and seized up that they should have never passed inspection. I told him it was inspected here, "he remarked I'm not saying anything." One year later my fan belt broke and damaged 5 wires going to my engine. I took it to the same service department at Battlefield Ford. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday night, Thursday afternoon they finally get back to me with the diagnoses and price quote, $1700.00. I had been out of a vehicle for 3 days at this point so I reluctantly said go ahead and repair it. The following Monday they finally had it repaired but they claimed that the timing was still off and they needed to tear down the engine to diagnose the issue, that would be $900.00 just to look at it. I told them no I'll take it somewhere else. I took it to a local mechanic near my house, the diagnoses was that 2 wires they (Battlefield) had repaired were damaged and had bare wires exposed. The mechanic believed that Battlefield began the repair and had to stop to move the truck from the garage bay and started the engine damaging the wires again, Bringing me right back to square one when I brought the truck there; furthermore, they were finding a timing issue due to damage they caused a trying to charge me to fix it. I had the option to take it back to them to have them fix it; however, I opted to have my truck fixed properly and pay for it.

I was extremely impressed by the lever of professionalism displayed by the staff who handled my delivery and documentation for my vehicle. The staff at this dealership will go out of their way in order to take care of their customers; at doing so this dealership provides a customer service quality unlike any other I have received from any other business. I will like to extend my thanks to Mr. Gene and his Tittle Manager for going out of their way to help their customers.
