Raise the Bar is a place the whole family can go to together or individually. There is something for everyone. Bootcamp, Teen class, TRX, Turbo Kicks, Strength and Cardio Blast and Saturday mornings with "DEALERS CHOICE". We go to classes individually throughout the week and as a family on Saturday mornings.

Everyone comes home asking who did what in class and who had the harder workout:) We are always ready to go back for more at Raise the Bar.

I challenge anyone to spend one hour in this facility. You will walk out energized, educated, and above all healthier. The owners have taken great care to craft a wonderful environment that is conducive to teamwork and community.

I finally found a place where ...

Just finished up 11 weeks at Raise the Bar and the changes are beyond my wildest dreams. I've lost a total of 13 inches on my total body and only dropped 11 pounds. This is not your typical gym where you go and hang out and get a few reps in and then get a shake and roll. It's non stop for 1 hour each day and I love it. the nice thing is you don't know what your doing when you come in so that makes me more excited about showing up. I tell all my friends about this and they say I'll think about it. This is nothing to think about just Do It!

WOW! What an incredible fitness facility, unlike any gym I've been to. If you are in the No.VA area you will want to check them out. Better yet, try them out, attend a Boot Camp, but beware...you will want to come back for more. Functional fitness at its best! No matter your age or physique the staff will help you develop a program to meet your needs. They are extremely knowledgeable about nutrition as well and can provide you the total wellness package.

Raise the Bar isn’t a gym ..

Raise the Bar isn’t a gym – it is a total fitness facility that focuses on your success! You won’t find any cardio machines, universal weight machines or flat screen TVs to watch…you will find a staff committed to making you into the athlete you want to be. Doesn’t matter if you are a professional, semi-pro, armature or “arm-chair” athlete there is a program available for you. I have been exercising for over 30 years (21 of them in the Army) and I haven’t seen better results in my strength and conditioning in such a short amount of time and having fun doing it! All it takes in one class and you will be hooked!!
