Don't ever go to Saylor’s Cigars and Gifts lounge.

I’m putting this cigar lounge on blast, because of fraudulent activities to my account, and the fact they’ve made no attempts to resolve the issue. As a matter of fact, they’ve now gone completely silent.
I’ve been smoking cigars for a number of years now, and one of the things I liked the most about smoking cigars was relaxed feeling I got from smoking cigars, as well as the people and the lounges. The people I’ve come across are a pretty mature crowd and laid back. The lounges are comfortable, and usually drama free. This is where one goes to wind down and relax with a good cigar and possible paired with a great beverage. There was a time when I used to say that I’ve never been in a cigar lounge I didn’t like; not until I went to Saylor’s Cigars and Gifts lounge, located on 9840 Liberia Ave., Manassas, VA 20110.
When I first went there, it was by invitation. One of the new members there invited me there along with a group of members who congregate there about once a month. Once I got there, the members had beverages and offered me a drink. We sat there for an hour, conversing like we all do at cigar lounges, then the attendant there stated that only members are allowed to drink, but not their guests. This was a complete surprise to the already established member of the lounge, because they never hear of that rule. The attendant stated that in order to drink alcoholic beverages, you must be a member of the club. Since the members had not heard of this new rule, they weren’t in a position to let their guests know, as they had invited a few guests. The monthly membership fee was not expensive, so I, along with the other guests, gave the attendant our credit cards to become members of this club. This did not go well with the other established members, and the guests felt like they were being bushwhacked. That group continued to meet once a month, but since I lived in Maryland and had such a busy schedule, I never made it back. Saylor’s took the money out of my account on the day, of each month, I initiated the membership; always on the 4th of the month. This continued for another month on April 4th, 2019, in taking their membership fees out of my account, but knowing I wouldn’t be able to get there as I would have liked, I cancelled my membership on April 30th, 2019. I spoke to Gary, who was the manager there, and he assured me that my membership was deactivated and there would be no more deductions from my account. So when May 4th came around, I saw no deductions, so I assumed that my account was closed. But on May 21st and the 22nd, Saylor’s Cigars and Gifts lounge withdrew separate membership fees from my account; but at the time, I only noticed one withdrawal entry and did not notice the second one. That’s when my nightmare began with Saylor’s Cigars and Gifts lounge. The first time I called and spoke with Gary, he had a record of my closing my account being deactivated, as he states, “on 4/28/2019,” and performed the operation again. However, according to the manager, “he doesn’t have a process for providing refunds back to credit cards, I would have to talk to the owner.” The short of this story is this: I’ve spoken to the manager there (Gary), four times, and each and every time, he stated that the owner would call me to take care of this issue, but no one ever took the time to call me. On my last call, Gary- the manager got silent and just hung up on me; and when trying to call back, the phone h...
