My faith in humanity was restored today when Mark L Harris of Shannon Auto Sales & Repairs approached me in the parking lot of Yorkshire Dinner. I had accidently bumped into another vehicle. My vehicle was much more damaged than the other vehicle. Mark assessed the damage spot on and gave me an excellent deal to repair it in a short span of time, and he's providing me with a vehicle to use while mine is being repaired. Anyone can repair a vehicle, but not many people can exhibit the excellence in customer service, the excellence in the quality of repair, and the excellence in showing care and compassion for another human being in time of need.
