Yorkshire Elementary School is a part of Prince William County Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Established in 1952, Yorkshire Elementary School serves more than 450 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, science, social studies and language arts. The school supports a variety of extracurricular programs in art, music and physical education. In addition, Yorkshire Elementary School offers the English for Speakers of Other Languages program. It provides medical care, speech therapy and guidance counseling services to students. The school has a parent-teacher organization that conducts various fundraising events and activities.
