An extremely disorganized manufacturing company that is unfortunately for them accustomed to operating under EXTREMELY CHAOTIC CONDITIONS. They do not take suggestions to change nor do they make efforts to try to improve the conditions. They continue day in and day out to work amongst filth and disorganization and management actually considers it a personal insult if you suggest that they do anything differently than their way. Pride is a serious liability in this place of employment and not only does it affect the conditions for the employees but it also endangers lives because they are an aerospace manufacturing company. They have inadequate tooling management, inadequate inspection documentation and procedures, and seriously inadequate management. They do not have any established standard operating procedure's. The company's management operate under the delusion that they are professionals and refuse to accept any personal responsibility for the serious LACK OF PROFFESSIONALISM
