Doug knows appliances and does an excellent job in repairing them, but he lacks professionalism in dealing with customers. He can be rude, he doesn't communicate with customer when there is a delay, or a part or an appliance needs to be ordered, so customer is left wondering if or when he is coming to the home, even when he gives a two hour window. He also has difficulty in listening to the customer when the customer is telling him about the broken appliance, hearing only what he wants to hear and not what customer is saying, and then appears angry at customer when he learns exactly what the problem is. I will never hire him again for what he put us through, but I do give him 5 stars for expertise but deserves a poor mark otherwise!

WHAT I LIKED: Showed up early just when promised, polite, clean, and professional. Knowledgable and efficient appliance repair, found and repaired the problem (relay) in 40 mins. Explained the problem and solution, pleasant conversationalist, thanks Doug. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: Although the price quote sounded lower than the competion at the beginning, I was somewhat surprised when the final cost was the same as the competition. However, with more than enough PROs, an average price was OK with me. I WOULD RECOMMEND DOUG'S Appliance repair to my friends.
