VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. I almost always received her voicemail and when the calls were returned (which all of them were not) the receptionist was disorganized and confusing. I found it very difficult to get Irene herself on the phone. I wasn't given ample notice of court dates and was not kept up to date on my case and its progression.
