Called AAA to have them help me with my car with a starter in the snow on the side of the road, only needed it towed 6 miles and they didn't even show up the first time when we waited for two hours, then they said another 2.5 hour wait, and never even showed up again to find out that they stopped helping with tows after they said they'd help.

After living 10 years in Connecticut, I always heard good things about this dealership whenever I was planning to purchase a car. I currently am a student in Kansas City and having to pay school loans and rent doesn't make it easy to add another car loan to the list. However, after consulting with Adam and Jay they made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. I flew in and went straight to the dealership just to find out that the 2005 Toyota XRS that had over 100K+ miles had been fully serviced and was ready to go. The thought of driving 1400 miles in a car that is 11 years old scared me at first but here I am two days later leaving a review as a happy customer! After driving over 23 hours, the car was very comfortable and ran smoothly and didn't cause me any issues along the way. I want to thank Jay's Auto for making this experience a pleasant one. I will definitely be back here in the near future!!

I have now purchased two cars from Jay's. In both cases they have been true to their word and more. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere with none of the typical hard sell you get from car dealers. All things promised followed through on in a timely manner. I recommend them to all my friends, and anyone else that needs a good car at a fair price. I have a disability which they accommodated without hesitation, all the while treating me with dignity. God willing I will need another car in a few years, and I will buy it here.

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience, to be quite honest. Adam was exemplary in his knowledge of all of the different models I looked at, and drove. Adam was extremely patient, extremely professional, kind, understanding of what my needs and wants were in regard to my new car. I never felt pressured. Most of all, Adam and the dealership were so completely 'human' about the entire process. There can be a preconceived notion of car salesmen. As a consumer, I definitely went into the dealership with my defenses up. I was definitely that person. But the minute I started working with Adam, I felt comfortable with him, his enthusiasm for Cars, his honesty, kindness and is knowledge base-which is Vast. He is a terrific Salesman. Bought a car at a great price and I'm very happy with it. First class buying experience at Jays Auto with a first class Sales Manager in Adam. I highly recommend Jay's Auto and Adam.

These guys are life savers. While traveling through CT, we had to pull off near Manchester. For some reason, the car died on us, leaving us stranded in the middle of a busy intersection. We called AAA and they assigned Jay's to our service call. The gentleman in the tow truck was very friendly, escorting us back to the shop. They were able to pinpoint the problem within minutes and were ready to help us get a rental car if needed.



These are good guys and they helped us out in a pinch.

Jay's Auto really saved me the other day when I broke down on the highway. Their tow truck driver was very nice and extremely professional. The driver told me that the garage could take a look at my car and possibly fix it that day! I was really not looking forward to taking a drive in a stinky, dirty tow truck but to my surprise the truck was spotless and very clean. Right there I knew I was in good hands with Jay's Auto.



The driver brought me and my car to their garage in Manchester where Todd, the head mechanic and one of the owners, was so nice and diagnosed my car right away. With the competitive price he gave me, I could not refuse! My car was done within an hour and I was back on the road. I was overall very pleased with my entire experience with Jay's Auto.

Prompt service, good prices, friendly family type operation. Car towed, flat tire replaced with new in less then 2 hours! Impressive!
