We had a laptop mishap resulting in a cracked screen. Called PCW, took it down to them, and PCW had it replaced at a very fair price in less than a day.

Great place! I dropped my iphone 4 against the concrete and the front screen shattered. Took it here and they quoted 30 to 45 minutes to fix. Did it in 20min while I was waiting. It's like it never happened! I highly recommend this place. Reasonably priced too.

This store is fantastic, the employees always work extremely hard to get the job done right and never give me any hassle. The technician running the store is always polite and courteous to everybody, and does a great job at managing a large workload.

Horrible computer repair shop, and I would not reccomend it to anyone.



Since my friend had recomended this place; I went in with my 3 year old Macbook pro,. The image on the display was distorting and I didn't know what was wrong. At first they reconnected the wire to the display ($70). When I brought it home, it worked for a while, then the image started distorting again. then I brought it back and they replaced the display (+$200). When I brought it home, the same thing happened. I brought it back to them and apparently the tech had not even checked for other problems or ran more extensive tests to see if everything was working properly. So they took it in again and ran a diagnostic and couldn't find anything wrong. All in all this took about 3 weeks and I still have a broken laptop. Theyre refunding me for everything but they are still charging me $30 for their absolute crap diagnostics.

Even though their website claims they have apple certified technicians, I do not think they are very qualified individuals.



Their guy in the front is pretty nice to everyone though, i'll give them that

This place is disgusting, i spoke to the manager about the grimeyness of the store and he said its always like that. My computer took 2 weeks to fix because they couldnt get drivers on it, i bought it last year. What a joke. I went to the geek squad and they fixed it properly

Brought my comuter back three times because the media player didn"t work. After 2 media drives and a new operating system now nothing works and was told it was my problem, but he would be happy to run a 200$ diagnostic for me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS

This store is so horrible...i went to fix my laptop is not getting charged... they asked me for $100 for the repair. aater few days the store guy called me and said the laptop is ready to pick up, but also siad the mother board is shot and my mouse click will not work, when i cam back home, i found the sound is also not working..

they fixed something and they broke my speaker and mouse pad..

they screwen my laptop. dont ever risk your laptop in this store, look for a better store.. they charged me $110 and they said they can't fix my other issues....it is a horrrible service area...very pooor service..uselesss.......

I'm writing this review from the computer they fixed - went in on Monday at 11:00am with a laptop computer that wasn't charging - the employee ran a quick diagnostic and said it was a short on the motherboard and that it would have to go down to Orange, CT to be fixed and that it should be back in 3-5 days. They called me on Thursday and I came back in on Friday at 11:00am to test it and pick it up. Worked like a charm and cost $120 like they said. The service was superb and efficient and it couldn't have gone any better. Cheaper than Best Buy and probably less hassle. 5 Stars.

ERTIME I CALL DIS PLACE DAY NEVR PICK UPP DA PHONE!!!! ITS GETS ME FRUSTRAYDED!!!!! THESE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY NEED A MANAGERS IN THA STORE ASP SO SUM1 DOES SUM WORK!!!!!

wow what a scam, minimum wadge, management is always yelling, whenever i come into this store i ask to speak with someone who speaks ENGLISH, this is important or you wont get good service

Bought a replacement digitizer online and tried repairing it myself. I initially thought something was wrong with digitizer I got online but figured I would bring it in to PCW to have them install the one I ordered online. After 4 weeks and me going in there every few days, they could not fix it. They ended up glueing the digitizer without testing it. I hadn't glued it because instructions on Youtube showed it should be tested to confirm it works before using the adhesive. So now I have a bad digitizer I can't even return from online order because they glued it and it'll get damaged when I try to take it apart. With my many attempts to get the ipod, I noticed many customers were not happy with their service as well. They are very unorganized and will not last long at this location based on my experience and what I saw with others coming in. I would NOT recommend this place!

Do not take your computer here!! My computer wouldn't charge. I took my computer here two weeks ago. I was told it was the motherboard and would be $120 to fix. Without knowing, my computer was shipped to Orange Ct. When asked how long it would take, I was told only 7 days. It's final back in machester. Now, they day it's the motherboard and they can't fix it!!! But, they charged $30 to tell me that two weeks later after being told they could! The worst in service, the worst in repair!!! I would never advis ANYONE to use ANY PCW ANYWHERE!
