Uneven service. Manager as well as wait staff appeared to be in training. While not a busy day for lunch, we were ignored for at least twenty minutes, Server didn't end up serving us. Someone else pitched in. The request for water was forgotten. We're used to better service in places like Florida and North Carolina. Maybe because this store was in a mall the service was found lacking.
