Landmark School, established in 1971, offers special educational programs to students with learning disabilities and dyslexia. It has an enrollment of more than 700 students in grades two through 12. The school offers a variety of subjects in its curriculum, including oral composition, reading, writing, spelling, social studies, science, English, mathematics, computers and physical education. The sports activities offered by the school include cross-country, soccer, basketball, track and field, baseball, lacrosse, golf, wrestling, weight training, cheerleading and tennis. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities to students, such as performing and fine arts, automobile mechanics, dramatics and game clubs, woodworking, publishing and creative writing, radio broadcasting, and boat building. Landmark School is accredited by the Massachusetts Department of Education, and is located in Manchester, Mass.
