Mariola P. You tell a good story but fail to tell all the help that was offered to you:
. Funny she did not mention me leaving my daughter’s horse show on a Sunday to meet her at the office to take delivery of the trailer because that was the only day she could make it. Or that she waited over two months after purchase to try and register the trailer. Or that I spoke with her approximately 5 times in one day and again the next. Or that when I did return her call she did not answer. Or that she insisted I talk with her “Insurance Agent” who was trying to help her register the trailer. Yes, I did ask her to have her DMV contact me directly so there were no middle men so to speak. I also did contact the previous owner of the trailer to get a copy of the registration in which I emailed the customer to that effect. I also had the previous owner’s husband sign an MVT-16 so both names were on it. The following week I followed up with the previous customer as I had not received the registration. She said her husband forgot to mail it and that she was putting it in the mail the next day herself. So, yes, there was a delay in us receiving the previous registration however as soon as I received it I forwarded to Mariola. Again, I have emails to and from Mariola.

There is always another side to the story. I will not embarrass any of you with the truth about the transaction you had with this company. Each of you threatened a bad review if you did not get what you wanted for free. No idea how you sleep at night after doing so. Hope it was worth it. Luckily this company continues to grow every single year due to being honest, having great prices and a huge selection.

Please beware ! I have never written reviews before and now I completely understand the importance and am trying to reach out to fellow consumers . Habitual lying , lack of integrity , rude ,aggressive , To begin with we were sent numbers and agreed apon . Upon arrival after a 3 hour ride was instantly told the numbers were not being honored and the beginning of the lying . When realizing we were getting nowhere with the sales manager Matt I asked to see the owner of which I was told he wasn't there and then like lucky charms he magically appeared after Matt walked into an office. Typically you think your going to find some resolve and discuss the matter to everyone's satisfaction , oh no . These are two peas in a pod . The owner was rude ,aggressive , and had no intention of looking at his managers mistakes and making amends . I can go on but I hope you see the picture . I have been in business for myself for 32 years , and have always tried to make sure all is happy and I can feel proud of my transactions in life . This place left me baffled as to their survival . we bought a pop up camper from them in march and was told that everything works including electric and water. when we looked at the camper it seemed like we were inconveniencing the sales people. we asked for them to hook it up so we can see if everything works and they wouldn't hook it up. they told us everything was working and we believed them. in may we opened up the camper, hooked up the water, turned it on and the camper flooded within seconds. water was leaking and spraying everywhere. the guy i spoke to at scott's was rude and condescending to me. he claimed that the damage occurred while we transported the camper home which was a 40 minute drive on main roads. he told me that it was my fault because we should have opened the camper sooner. unfortunately due to weather in march and april we did not open it and hook it up until may. I was told that id have to pay for the repairs. We are making payments on a camper that doesn't work properly. Very, very disappointing. we will never do business with them again.

Worst company to deal with. the company did not file a warranty claim for my camper when the issue was brought up with them. We were told part was on order but was actually never ordred. we have been trying to get the issue fixed for about 8 months now and the issue still has not been fixed. Scott himself was very rude when asked about it and told me that he will no longer work on my camper and no longer wants me on his property.

Worst experience I ever had!!! I bought a trailer from them, 3 years of begging for repairs and still nothing. They gave me promise after promise, still nothing. The owner was rude and arrogant . Buyer beware. I was I had more than a hundred charters to tell the story,
