this place sucks, received a gift from here from a friend took it back because I already had one. First off got to the store even though policy is return refunds in 30 days they denied me. The black female said that the person who purchased it had to return it though I brought in the receipt in then I said well I said i have a student liscense and Ill go BACK to the house and get it so I went home got it went BACK to the store, then we went through the paperwork process and well to find out she doesn't even have 50 dollars to give me?! Who runs a business that can't even give out refunds becuase they have then 50 dollars in the drawer? There was no petty cash laying around nothing! She didn't even offer me store credit NOTHING! but make me waste an hour of my day when I could have been getting ready for my bday party that night. If you knew that you only had a certain amount of money in the drawer would you make someone go home and then come back and then tell them the bad news, like really so unprofessional didn't apologize and kinda seemed like she wanted to give me a hard time. SO PLEASE GO TO STATE BEAUTY down the road because THIS PLACE CALLED COSMO PRO SUCKS, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! You and mother should stay away from this place.
