dishonest,told my dauter she needed brakes and would not ballance her tires due to a crossthreaded lug nut.1 week later her co-worker picked up her car after they changed the balljoints, when they realized they worked together,the mencanic told the co-worker"i dont know how shes still driving on those balljoints"!...Now,im a 20+ year mechanic,ase certified with a state inspectors licence.The lug nuts were put on by me(not crossthreaded) and i just rechecked the balljoints.theye are fine and will pass state inspection.Never was a print out of the repairs need given to eather girl.that to me is unprofessional.Beware of this shop,it will cost you.
