Very poor customer service. Paid for undercarriage wash and it only stayed on for 1 second. The attendant called the owner to see if I could get a credit and was told no because it was probably my fault for taking too long to drive in...which the attendant saw was not the case. Sadly, they have lost my weekly business over this. If you do use this car wash, avoid bay 1 and don’t expect to get what you paid for if something goes wrong.

Paid $12.00 for a wash , i have a Ford Ranger, never even touched the side of my truck ,and left alot of soap on the back.
