Thank you so much to Mike for our late night(3AM) pick up from loudon NH he was 10 minutes early and helped us with the bags and opened the doors the cars were clean and had cold waters waiting for u . I ordered SUV CHEVY SUBURBAN a few days rental for a family trip. Comfortable, well-groomed, very much space. That's what I needed. Price has arranged in other services watched - much more expensive.

I have used DK for several years now. In the last 12 months I would estimate I used their services over 50 times ($6000+). Until recently I have been pleased with their service. They have never left me waiting for a pickup to the airport. In the last 6 months however I have had drivers who didn't have GPS's units in the car and I played navigator when I was trying to work. All of my pickups are to and back from Logan to NH. Recently I have been left waiting for the car to show up, the initial excuse was traffic but as it turned out they had another client they were dropping off. The final straw was being stranded at Logan because the Driver miss read the reservation and went to my house instead of Logan to pick me up. After 8 hours of flying I now had to wait for the car to drive from NH to the airport, and once again no GPS and I had to provide directions to my house. David you lost a $6000 a year customer on Saturday...........

Proffesional drivers! Clean and new cars, luxurious! Very affordable. Deffinetly recommend to try out if haven't yet. Best Service around!

I highly recommend this company they are very professional and exceptionally nice. They were also at least 10 minutes early and had no problem at all having to wait for me to finish getting ready unlike other companies that had charged me for waiting but when they were late wouldn't take off any discount for being late. I won't say what company but I am just very grateful to of found this company and can't wait to use them next time!!!!

The level of comfort and professionalism towards my International guests when they got picked up from the airport was outstanding, especially provided that they did not speak much English and had never been to the U.S. prior to this visit, I could not have been happier with the level of service.



Aerial Limos went above industry standards to really accommodate both my guests and myself with their level of service, not only in terms of the quality of their vehicles and the perks such as bottled water sitting in the back (let’s be honest, all transportation companies offer this), but with how they handled the booking.



They really knew to anticipate what my guests and myself might experience and that they took the time to tailor their service based on the individual booking through their communication throughout the entire process and I really did experience what it was like to not have to worry about a single thing.

Luxury car service for a affordable price ! Very impressed with how clean the car was and the driver was very professional and showed up 10 minutes early. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free comfortable ride !

Don't bother to call if your looking to reserve their 14 passenger shuttle or their 14 passenger stretch hummer.... Apparently they don't have anything more than an 8 passenger! News to me seems it is posted on their website! If you can't rely on their website then you can't rely on them. I rate them no star!

Love DK Airport and Limousine service. Always prompt, courteous, friendly and caring. Just amazing company. We have used them several times and just when you think it can't get any better, you meet another one of the drivers (Carl!!) and you can't even believe how awesome!! Would never use any other company. LOVE them!!!

Last time I booked the night before I needed transportation and had no problems.

Booking the pickups was always EASY! They are friendly and courteous over the phone.

The driver was very nice and helpful too. He was prompt and helped me with my luggage.

I could not be any more disappointed with DK Limo. They were subcontracted out to give us a ride back from Logan thru Empire Limo. I get a call 6 weeks later from Dave at DK saying, Empire Limo never paid us - so we are charging your credit card. First of all, how did you get me credit card from Empire and secondly, when I told him to not charge my card because I already paid Empire, Dave went ahead and ILLEGALLY charged my credit card. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES and you should be ashamed! DO NOT USE DK LIMO OR EMPIRE LIMO. Go with the pros over at Grace Limo. SHAME on you DAVE at DK LIMO. You had no right to charge my card and I will be reversing the transaction. Im sorry that EMPIRE did not pay you, but thats not the customers fault.

I am not computer literatured so never had an idea about rating these guys. Now, after 2 years using them I can say it with 100% confidence: these guys deserve A+++ rating. Never late, very professional, reliable, and fun!!! God Bless you, guys.

Driver was friendly and polite and also very professional! clean and new looking car! was on time and my family and I were really surprised with the amazing service we have received! expect us to call back when we fly back to Manchester from our vacation! :)
