What a waste of time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!! The week I rented a dumpster we got record rainfall the entire week. So of course when they picked it up they charged me an extra $280 for being over weight. So basically they ripped me off because the rain saturated everything and it was my fault? I called and spoke to a manger and they said they would not waive the extra charge. I reported them to BBB and after 2 months of not responding to BBB they closed the case and nothing was resolved!! Save yourself the frustration and use Pinard waste instead.

If I could give this business less than one star, I would. This is truly the worst company I have EVER dealt with, MAYBE with the exception of Comcast. Their customer service is a whole new level of appalling. My condo complex hired these crooks to do our trash pickup twice per week, and in the past six months, they have completely skipped countless pickups and have tried to charge us for them. There is ALWAYS an excuse as to why they can't get the job done. One time, they said it was weather. It was raining. Not torrential downpours, just rain. And then there was construction on our street so they said they couldn't get in to our lot. Well, funny--the residents are able to get in an out and various different entrance points--why can't they? And trust me, we do not have a small driveway or anything that should have made it impassable. Almost three weeks ago, our trash pickup guy passed away, which was extremely awful and sad, but we have only had our trash picked up once since then. They claim there is no one else to pick it up. Trash is literally overflowing out of our dumpster. The residents at my complex are complaining to me, as I am on the condo board.



Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else but these idiots. They will not get the job done, and they will come up with every excuse in the book to not do it. You get what you pay for; maybe they are a little cheaper, but what difference does it make if they're not doing what they are paid for?



We are looking into other options, but I felt I had to warn others considering this company--stay away!

They refuse to take the dumpster when you no longer need it and charge you monthly anyway. Then when you finally get them to take it, they dump the contents in your yard. DO not get into a contract with them.
