horrible, rude service

I went through the drive thru and ordered a ham and cheese on an onion bagel. I checked my food and they had placed it on a french roll. I went in to have it fixed and was told that I must have ordered it wrong and refused to fix it. I had to buy a second sandwich. both sandwiches were horrible, the bagel edged were burnt black and hard as a rock. the coffee tasted like it was 95% cream (and I have ordered my coffee the same way for decades). there was also a spill that when an old lady asked them to clean,because it had been there for twenty minutes, they yelled at her.
