I've been dealing with M.o.M's-NH since I began riding several years ago. Initially, I was a little intimidated by the size of the operation, wide variety of new & used bikes & gear, but, always found that everyone I spoke with to be incredibly helpful, as well as able to make a decision and just do the right thing. That's what kept me going back, as, several of the employees went out of their way to help me (newer rider) whenever I came in.

Over time, several bikes and many tens of thousands of miles- I've become friends with a few of the people who work there. For a big store, everyone rides, and, everyone is empowered to help a customer- on the spot. That is a priceless gift for a customer, when trying to decide what to do. Also, there is NO pressure to buy anything- ever.

My real reason for having to be there, is, they are the local sales point for several of my bikes. So, when getting serviced- I needed to have certain ones performed at a dealership. Because the service department has been so outstanding, I continue to use them- even on bikes that they don't sell! Steve, in service, goes above & beyond for every single customer. He is unbeleivably good at what he does, and, his customer focus exceeds expectations- every time.

Anthony, Operations Manager for this large store, was the 1st person to find me wandering around, and, has always gone out of his way to say hello- regardless of how busy he is. I've always been impressed that he 'remembers' me, I had to reach out to him with a concern- he responded quickly, professionally and addressed it directly, accurately & without any nonsense. Also, he has help guide me through bike purchases, has recommended gear as my experience grew (helmets, jackets, etc...) and, been an ally- even if I was wasn't buying from M.o.M.s!

Good people, well treated- stay loyal to good employers. I have no idea what the average length of time is- but, there has been virtually no turnover, and, I have spoken with dozens of other customers (Open houses, Demo Days, Charity Rides) who all have the identical experiences I have. You can buy a bike anywhere, but, if you want a place you can trust to do the right thing- every time & always- M.o.M.'s is where to go. Finally, several friends recommended M.o.M.'s to me, as the least expensive place to buy a bike! Great place to buy a bike, service it & get any needed gear with outstanding riders working there to boot!

The service department at this place is a joke! I initially brought my bike here to have it checked out and fixed. When I dropped it off I told the service manager Anthony to have them check it out and tell me what it needed. He called me later and told me that it was going to need about $1000 worth of repairs to make run good and he said, "it would be good for at least a couple years. We agreed on a price of $900 for all the work he described. I went to pick up the bike a week later. The bike stalled out 2 times in front of the mechanic. He then suggested that I take it around the block. I did and it stalled out twice in the short trip. I left the bike there so they could get it right. A week later they said it was ready again. I picked up the bike and brought it home. a couple days later I got a chance to take it out and put about 70 miles on it before it died and backfired when I tried to restart it. I called and dropped it back off. Anthony apologized and said that they would give me a loaner. He lied!! I asked about it and he said that the rental bikes weren't registered. My bike was there for another week. I picked it up again! this time the bike was spraying oil all over my back tire. I brought it back again. A week later I picked it up. It was still spraying oil and was leaking from the primary. At this point I refuse to let these people touch my Harley again. This place does shotty work and have no clue. I told Anthony last time I talked to him that I wanted the GM to call and talk to me. I never received a call. I called twice asking for him and was told he wasn't in both times by a woman that answered the phone. I held up my end of the deal and paid them. They couldn't hold up their end of the deal and fix my bike. I'm seriously considering a suit in small claims court.
