Provided by YP.comI ordered an arrangement through FTD online for our Uncles memorial service. As you can see from the photos posted below what we got is definitely not what we ordered. We ordered the largest arrangement and got probably smaller that the smallest one they show online. There were no stargazer lilies or any substitute lilies or any other large flower to replace them. As you can see even the basket was the wrong color, and not sure if you can see it but there is a price tag hanging on the basket. I was embarrassed by this pathetic basket of flowers that La Bow sent. (we discretely removed the price tag and check the card to see where they came from). I feel fortunate that I ordered through FTD and dealt with them to receive a generous partial refund because from the other posts here is sounds like it would have been a nightmare to deal with the florist themselves. If I ever order flowers again through any online company I will be sure to note that they are not to use this florist to fulfill my order. Seems like they tried to take advantage of the possibility we might not attend the services.

Provided by YPmobileThe flowers did not look like what I paid for on the website. The flowers ended up in the wrong vase and only had a couple of flowers in it (the rest was just green leaves). I am horrified that this bouquet was sent to family. It makes me look like I don't care when they receive flowers like that. They charged me so much when all I got was so little. Do not go to this florist - please help in shutting it down.

Provided by YPmobileDonna is the owner of la bow and this is by far the worst experience i've ever had to deal with. She is so unprofessional!! I ordered flowers my aunt in NH I live in PA my aunt's birthday was last month and she still has not received her flowers!! I do not know how this woman is still in business!! She is robbing people!! I have never talked to a more rude person/ "business woman"! Thank god I didn't go through her directly!!!! SHUT THIS "BUSINESS" DOWN!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comOrdered flowers for Valentine's Day two days prior to the delivery date...The flowers never arrived, even though an order confirmation had been sent to my email. I called the business and the owner said she had no information for me and that she could not help me with my order...very poor customer service!
Please do not make the mistake of ordering from this company.

Provided by YP.comI would NEVER order from here again or recommend them to anyone. An order was placed for a high-end expensive arrangement. It was not received until very late in the day , was a low-end arrangement at the high-end price. The flowers did not last even overnight. When the owner was called the next morning she offered NO assistance whatsoever and refused to remake the arrangement or refund any portion of the cost. She was flat out rude.

Provided by YP.comThey were suppose to deliver yesterday nothing was delivered. Called them today to find out they "never received the order" yet still charged my credit card! After I explained to them that I indeed had a confirmation number they REFUSED to deliver it.
