I've been going here for years and they provide excellent care! I've seen several doctor's but I mainly see Dr. Christine Caban Donahue, and she's wonderful! She provides excellent care and she has a lovely friendly manner.

I had a problem with my eyes that was never diagnosed until I began seeing Dr. Donahue. She does an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier.

I was very dissatisfied with this business. The doctor who did my eye exam was very friendly and professional and I did not have to wait too long for my doctor to see me. I was not happy with customer service or the receptionists. After having my eyes dilated they had me pick out my frames and then sat me down to calculate how much the frames, lenses and everything else they try to sell you would cost. Once they told me that I would owe $287 they proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay half before I left the store. I told them that I had not planned on getting glasses the day of my appointment because I am on a tight budget. Because I could not afford to put anything down for my glasses they kept my prescription and told me that when I had the money to call them with my down payment. They never even ran my insurance through because I am 90% sure that I have full coverage for glasses and they wanted to charge me almost $300. I've also never been to any eye doctor where they with hold your prescription and tell you to come back when you can afford to pay for it. I've always taken my eye prescriptions to a cheaper store like Walmart where I can afford frames. I was also upset when I went to pay my co-pay and was charged $34.00 when typically I only have a $5.00 co-pay. They charged me $29.00 for a retina picture that insurance does not cover and decided not to tell me until I checked out. I was expecting to only pay $5.00 seeing that I am on a very tight budget right now. I highly disapprove of this business and will not be going back to get my glasses from them.

This place conducts by far the worst eye exam I have ever experienced. The doctor was rude, the receptionist was rude and in general it was an awful place. They do not listen to your needs and do everything backwards. If you have an appointment for 9:00, dont rush they wont be with you until 10:00 and you will just be wishing it was over. Whatever you do dont waste time with these people they will make you feel the worst you have ever felt and jack up their prices so high you will leave thinking how the hell did I just spend so much money. The worst part is that you just spent close to 200.00 on the worst eye exam of your life and you have full coverage health insurance. They also think that they are 100 percent right, if you think you have a problem with your contacts they will not listen and do what they think is right, which is always wrong. The doctors themselves spend about 5 min with you and ask you about 3 questions. Customer service is the worst, the only time they are pleasant is when they are receiving a payment or making your next appointment knowing that the next time you go back they will be getting another chunk of money out of you. So to end my review I will say, stay far away from this place unless you want to end up leaving with no money and the wrong prescription.

The desk was horrible. I waited for a simple answer and got such an attitude. I would expect it from some place like Boston or New Jersey but they were so rude! my eye exam went bad and my Rx wasn't even right! When i wanted a frame they gave me an attitude and said i would have to find my own frame for what i was looking for (wrap around safety) and wouldn't offer any help or other suggestions! Worst place ever.
