I called to ask a question, the man that answered the phone gave me a quick answer, and I proceeded to say something else to him. While I was talking (2 words into it), he hung up the phone on me! Yes, it was on purpose, he knew I was speaking. He was just plain rude! No courtesy at all... not a very nice way to run a business. I would not recommend this business to anyone, for the simple fact that if they can't have common courtesy on the phone, how could they treat you properly with your jewellery.
