NH Core Properties has an excellent team! They are very professional and go out of their way to help clients in purchasing and managing properties!

They are antiquated in their ability to serve the customer. The do not have the technology available that most companies competitive in the market have that allow the owners of properties they manage to pay their bills online like every other company these days. They either want to have automatic access to your bank account or you can send them a check US Mail, which is unreliable at best. The owner Tom Carroll doesn't seem to care either and just brushes off the idea of joining the 21st Century like the rest of the world. Obviously a company that does not have the financial stability to support owners properly in a technologically advanced day and age. Prepare to continue to need checks unless you want HIM and HIS company to have access to your account. Ironic you can go to a mom and pop corner store and use a debit card if you wanted for a candy bar, but when you make a $300 condo fee payment you need to still write a paper check... Unacceptable on multiple levels!
