I used this taxi service very often and the minor setbacks I've had were understandable ones. I left my purse in one of their cars. I realized about two hrs later. I called dispatch and was told yes the driver had it. The driver drove back to my house to bring it to me, never asked for a fee and nothing was missing. I tipped him as I was so grateful for his integrity and willingness to return it to me. I truley thought I would never see it again. The dispatcher was a woman, extremely helpful and polite. I wish I remembered the drivers name and car #. He is definitely 5 stars plus to me. I will always remember his face. Thank you from the debts of my heart Queen City Taxi.

I have been using this service sometimes twice weekly for months now and I have never had any problems. After reading the other reviews if there was a problem it must have been resolved within the company. They are always nice when I call and have very nice drivers. Many thanks.

They're really disrespectful if anybody trying to call for a cab don't waste your money #QUEENCITYTAXI

Called at 9am to request a cab for a 9:30am pickup to take me to work. The dispatcher said they are really backed up and didn't know if they could and told me to call back when I was ready. He made me feel like I was putting them out of their way to do their job. Never again. Rude, rude, rude!!!! Wonder how they stay in busness!

Every time I ever call they are always late. They refuse to take a phone number or name from you to call in case they get lost (which they do all the time). This also means you have to stare out at the street forever because they won't call when they arrive and will sometimes just leave if you don't come out immediately. They other people steal your cabs all the time after you've been waiting for a half hour.

Last time I was stuck out in the cold for over an hour in the winter, late at night, when I was told 15 minutes originally (I called twice in between and was assured they were minutes away). When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the dispatcher, I was hung up on (and the dispatchers are always rude).

Drivers are usually nice, but otherwise Queen City Taxi is the worst.

Never Again!

That's strange. I've never had a problem with this company and they have always been courteous.

I read the previous reviews and thought I might be an exception, but no. No call, no show. Don't use this company if you actually have to be somewhere.

5 no-shows in less than a year from this company. Showing up is half the battle.

I had never used this cab company before but, the cab company that I had used for a long time sent me a man with a white crusty nose and, eyes popping out of his head I fealt that it was time to use a new taxi company. The driver at Queen City Taxi was so nice to me and, I fealt like I was riding with an old friend. It was also a few bucks cheaper at Queen City Taxi. I'll never go back to Manchester Taxi. They made me feel so unsafe.
