Spider-bite is a one-stop shop for all body modification types. Tattoos, Piercings, and aftercare. Everyone was extremely chill and very professional. My piercer, Farley, was reassuring for my first piercing (an industrial, 16g). Very knowledgeable and approachable. The customer service is why this gets 5 stars.

The atmosphere however could do a little bit of redecorating. Everything is organized, however it feels as though the space they're in is too big.

Ray is a amazing artist. Love my tattoo..can’t wait to get another tattoo from him. Highly recommended him to anyone.

I went in for a piercing and tattoo. Customer service was terrible.Threw a bag of nose rings at me & said pick one but I couldn't open the bag or see them. We left btw my fiance was also gonna get a tat. Never go back and Medusa's and Underworld tattoo were very happy to accommodate me. I give spider bite zero tattoo's but have to give it at least a one or it won't post

i went in to spider bite to get some cleaner for my piercings and when I walked by around 8:30 pm I saw threw the window two of the tattoo artists go into a room behind the computers and open up a bag of pills and star picking which ones they were going to take. I immediately turned around and went elsewhere for my business.

i had my belly button pierced here a week ago. i would not recommend this place at all. first of all the girl at the front desk was on her phone texting the whole time. they rushed you in and out and didnt fully explain the healing and aftercare process. my piercing even came out crooked and i am so annoyed since i spent $76 here!! i almost walked out with my release form as well and wasnt given my aftercare sheet since the girl at the front desk was too preoccupied with her phone. i wouldnt recommend anyone coming here.

I've been going to Spider Bite for all my piercings and jewelry for 8 years. Recently, I have been met by rude and useless employees, which is unfortunate for John (the owner) because he's an alright guy. After being basically "run out" of the shop this passed weekend, I can honestly say they have lost a loyal customer. I will not be stepping foot in that shop again....and if I can help it, none of my friends. Everyone will know the lack of respect the employees projected...

Very rude and not willing to do anything. Were the ones paying them, their privileged to have us!

They made it seem like i was privileged to have walked in there. when i showed them what i wanted they laughed and said it couldnt be done and to choose something from their computer. I went to Mayhem ink instead in Nashua and got exactly what i wanted and its perfect. I'd reccomend Mayhem to anyone!
