I am addressing this to the Postmaster general of New Hampshire;
I am listing 3 articles of mail I have been tracking on the USPS site;

The first,#1, arrived in Nashua, NH on 10/05/16 @11:10p.m.
The second,#2, arrived @ Conway ( my post office) on 10/12/16 @ 11:47a.m.
The third,#3, arrived @ Conway on 10/12/16 @ 11:47a.m.
I have yet to receive any of this mail. Let me say that Tues. 10/11/16
I was told that the reason my postal box was taped off with no mail inside was because they were doing a random scanning. Yesterday, 10/12/16, my sister was told by Conway postal worker the reason was because either me or my sister had made a complaint. Well, first off, it wasn't a complaint it was an inquiry. Secondly, and the box is still taped off, I find this type of action is not only unprofessional, it may be illegal; Isn't tampering with the mail a federal offense. I would appreciate any way you can help with this situation.
