Provided by YP.comI have been coming to this Salon for some time. I use Specialist Frankie and he is absolutely fantastic. Charles Edward Salon is really a good place for any "DO". I just love the highlights and I am confident when I come inside the doors that I will leave knowing "Only My Hairdresser Knows for Sure".
