Dr. Diane Bruner
Dr. Diane Bruner graduated from Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. She is married to Dr. Hoover and together they have three children: Daniel, Christopher, and McKenna. In addition to working at both Coffee Veterinary Hospital and Black Fox Veterinary Hospital, she is also the office manager. Her hobbies outside of the hospitals include gardening and coaching soccer
Dr. Michael Hoover
Dr. Michael Hoover graduated from Missouri School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. He is married to Dr. Bruner and together they have three children, Daniel, Christopher, and McKenna. Dr. Hoover has a special interest in exotic animals, pet pals, and behavior.
Dr. Lewanda Lance
Dr. Lewanda Lance has been affiliated with Coffee Veterinary Hospital since the age of fourteen. She began as a kennel attendant, worked her way up to an assistant, and is now an associate veterinarian. She is a graduate of Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine in Alabama. She received the 2004 Small Animal Medical Proficiency Award and graduated cum laude in May of 2004. While working predominately on small animals, Dr. Lance has expanded the services offered by Coffee Veterinary Hospital by also working on large animals. While staying active on her family's dairy farm, she enjoys the many people and various animals she meets on her job.
We are a full service veterinary hospital in Murfreesboro Tennessee where our veterinarians offer services and care for small and exotic animals including cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, snakes, iguanas, ferrets, sugar gliders, and many others. Just 15 miles south of Nashville in Rutherford County, we are conveniently close to Smyrna, Lebanon, and Beechgrove.
Our vets, Dr. Bruner and Dr. Hoover, and Dr. Lance are all experienced in surgery, critical care, and emergency services. Also, at our hospital, we can perform a wide range medical and surgical procedures, including vaccinations, dentals, radiographs, inserting microchips, diagnostic laboratory testing, spays, neuters, and many others.
We are now offering laser surgery for less pain and faster recovery. Laser therapy is now being used to hasten recovery for many ailments that affect your pets.
