I am not one to complain about businesses, but this was by far the worst place I have had my dog groomed at in the last 10 years. When I called I told the lady on the phone that I DID NOT want my dog completely shaved because she stays outside during the day and it is getting cold out. The lady assured me that they wouldn't shave all of her hair off and that she would still have a bit of a coat on her so she could stay warm outside. I had my children go pick up our dog when she was done and not only did they completely shave off every bit of hair on my dog (including her face, whiskers and all), but the young lady asked my children if they were there to pick up the "old, ugly" dog. My impression is that the young lady just did not want to take the time to do a good job. Very dissapointing.
