Provided by YP.comI recently had a meal at Grand Junction Subs and overheard a delivery driver talking with his manager about how he was treated when delivering to this location. I will NEVER shop at this location again as I am disgusted by what I heard.
This boy was just doing his job delivering an order to the Mandan Kupper Chevrolet. When he arrived to drop off the order, he began explaining that a portion of the order was not there due to an issue with the fryer. The "adult" "professional" (I use these terms loosely) receiving the order decided to be a disrespectful jerk and stated something to the effect of "It must be your first day because you suck at your job".
I wish I knew the name of the horrible fool who decided to take out his own incompetence on someone else. Why would you be so cruel to a young man just trying to do his job? Obviously, you sir, are the one who "sucks at your job".
In addition, I read another review that states they don't offer military/veteran discounts. Obviously, the roots are deep on this tree of ill-mannered dolts.

Provided by YP.comHorrible experience. Saleman are very insulting. They will give you a low ball trade in value. They came up with every excuse as to why they won't give you what my car books out at. The excuse that they gave me was that no bank would finance my trade in to another customer because it had over 110,000 miles, so they could not give me the trade in value that was listed on Kelly Bluebook. After threatening to walk out of the store, the salesman said that he could offer me $1000 more for my trade. WHAT A JOKE. Don't bother with these idiots, it will be a waste of time.

I am 56 years old and in sales. I also enjoy watching others sell to me a salesman. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. Never have I had such a positve buying experience as I had in my recent purchase of an Impala. From start to finish each member of the Kupper team took me through a calm professional methodical process. They covered all the details and left me with a feeling of Wow! I feel they really have their act together in making a customer feel valued and appreciated.

Provided by YP.comi went down to Kupper Chevrolet and was looking at a 2011 chevy cruze i had priced a few out and this one was in the price range i was looking to spend so i emailed them and Jay Barchenger called me up about it. and i told him my what was going on and he said if i can get you financed would you want it i told him yes. so later that day he called me back and told me that it looks like he can do it when could i come down and look at the car. Now keep in mind all of the dealers up here in Williston wouldn't even try with my credit so once he got that done and the price was about 4,000 less then anywhere else i looked. they worked with me every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted

Provided by YP.comMy salesman was Erik Olson. He was very pleasant and did a great job of explaining the options on the vehicles and got me in and out of there in a reasonable time. He was not "PUSHY" like some sales people, which was very important to me. Hate that HARD SELL stuff.

Provided by YP.comI recently had a vehicle stolen and was very upset thanks to my insurance company I was able to look for a brand new vehicle. First Stop Kupper Chevrolet in Manda, ND! Tho I went to many of the dealerships in both Bismarck and Mandan I was very happy with Kupper. Our Salesman Kyle Schroeder was super easy to talk to, he gave us different options but in the end I ended up going with My new 2010 Chevy Malibu LT! I love it and could not be happier with it! I also wanted my windows tinted and Pat Feist was able to help me get that Job done, If you are in need of a new Car talk to Kyle he is beyond awesome! ♥ my new Malibu!

I was able to get my vehicle in for service within 24 hours when other dealers wouldn't give me the time of day for at least a month, I drove over 200 miles and would do it again without even checking my local dealers. The service was excellent and I was treated like they cared. It is hard to find great customer service anymore but Kupper Chevrolet nailed it!!!!

I was very impressed with the service work I received at Resslers. However when I was paying my bill. I was very disturbed. There was yelling and screaming coming from the office next to the cashiers. When I looked to see what was going on. All I could see was a man sitting in his chair yell and using foul language. It looked to be a technician walking away. I do not believe anyone should have to work with this kind of treatment. As a customer. This is not very professional in my opinion. I am not impressed.

I will buy the rest of my vehicles here from now on. They make car buying fun. It was any enjoyable experience. When everything was done I looked at my wife and simply said WOW.

I was passing through Bismarck and had a service issue, I called around town on a Saturday to find out no ones service department was open. At this point I thought I was stuck in Bismarck for the weekend. We found a hotel and they metioned that Ressler Chevrolet was open on Saturdays over in Mandan ND. I gave them a call, they came over a picked up the car and before I knew it I was back on the road and did not have to waste the money on a hotel. THANK GOD! We will drive back to Ressler Chevrolet for our next car because we cant find service like that in Minnesota. Thanks Ressler! Jeff

Shopping at Ressler Chevrolet saved me money twice over. Not only did they offer the best price on the 2008 3/4 Ton Silverado, but their Business Central rep informed me on how to save additional money as a small business owner. I would recommend anyone, especially business buyers to shop there.
