As most people know when ordering a modular home and putting it on a basement you are going to have multiple contractors who need to coordinate to get the job done on schedule. If something could go wrong it did. Things happen and you need to roll with it. If you can shift gears and still get the project done, I am a happy camper. Dakota helped us step by step to design a home that fit our lifestyle and our needs. She knew what we wanted and brought it to life. I could not be happier with my home. So many people who have come to check it out can not believe how well it is built. It is beautiful. We had the typical problems while it was being set, roof leaks, shingles fly off. What makes the difference is when you call to report it and within 10min. the guy who is going to fix it calls to schedule a good time for us. That is customer service. We live in the Bakken and it is not easy to get reliable contractors to come start or finish so Dakota had names and phone contacts for us all along the way. Trying to coordinate services while my husband and I both have busy work schedules was tough at times but if your attitude is "this is what it is going to take to get it done" it does not seem so daunting! After the house was sent and crews were in and out there was some damage to doors and woodwork. All of which were replaced in time. Dakota kept us posted as to what the factory was saying about delivery time and we just had to wait. As a consumer I just want to be informed and know what is going on. Things don't always go as planed but if the line of communication is open the journey is bearable. Now that things are finished until the 1yr check up, we are settled in to our beautiful home. We finally have to chance to enjoy it. Thanks Dakota and staff for all you did to support us through the process. Thanks to the crane company who broke down when trying to lift our house but got a replacement part flown in and was back up and running in no time. Happy home owner

Do not so business with these people! !

Getting this house has been the worst experience of my life! After months of waiting for them to line someone up they set the house on our basement but the 2 pieces didn't match up correctly. They didn't plumb the roof and the walls at the factory so nothing was level. We stopped the process to contact the manufacturer. It took them a month to come out and address the issue. Meanwhile the house was not sealed so rain was pouring in and there is now mold. She instructed the interior guys to just cover it up and refused to have it tested for mold. All she cares about is closing not the actual product

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Incompetent, incapable, bad business practices, terrible customer service, terrible workmanship when they actually get someone to do it and show up. This company doesn't even deserve one star. They deserve to be out of business and I feel sorry for anyone who purchases a home from them. Horror story!! Their motto is "Building one relationship at a time" LMAO! More like burning all relationships on a daily basis!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
