Baker Consulting, LLC was started in 2010 by the father-son team of Paige Baker, PhD and Jason Baker, PE. The company is a licensed 100% Native American-owned business through the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, which specializes in Civil Engineering and oil-field services. Baker Consulting officially began operations in June 2011 and has experienced a rapid growth in the demand for oil field services (roustabout). Baker Consulting headquarters is housed in a 4,000sq-ft shop/office, which is strategically located approximately 7 miles NW of Mandaree on the Ft. Berthold Indian Reservation.The mission of Baker Consulting is to provide competent and professional services in all aspects of our business operations, while maintaining high ethical work standards and integrity at all times.
