Horrible table staff. Food not so great basic sysco prepackaged food. Priced reasonably.

We got our drinks after about 15 minutes and got our order in after 30 minutes. Our appetizer order did not come as we ordered After the meal came, they told us that they were out of broccoli. We substituted for apples. They came back and said they were out of apples. We finally settled on cold slaw. Looks like singing their Happy Birthday chant is their specialty!

After readin the last couple of reviews, I was hesitant to go to the Chilli's in Mandeville. I knew the one at the Northshore Mall was good as my wife and I go there frequently.



I went on Vetran's day and was afraid the limited menu for vets would be small and not vey good. The minute I walked in I was treated curtously and made to feel welcome. The server was very friendly and helpful. The food arrived promptly and was very good and an adequate portion. The only thing that took me by surprise was I had ordered a glass of wine and received two. I had forgotton that Chilli's has an all day happy hour.



During the meal I could hear someone in the back reminding servers to not let the food set but to deliver it to the customer while it was still hot and edible. So there is definitly someone new in charge.

Food, service, and staff - ALL terrible! They simply do not care, don't both with this place, you will be unhappy!!

Chili's is great if you are looking for decent food at a decent price. There's nothing really remarkable about it and it wouldn't be my first choice of places to eat. The dining experience there is pretty neutral for me. I haven't necessarily had a bad experience but it's nothing to brag about either.

Would agree with previous review - the food is ALWAYS terrible! Both here and slidell are just very poorly run. Food, service, and prices are all TERRIBLE! DO NOT waste your time or money - were from hammond and the one there is much better. I think this one is just VERY poorly managed!

Both wife and I left our food paid bill ($35.00) and left - TERRIBLE. We have had worse - Maybe. Called manager when we got home for we did not get any help at the restaurant with our complaint. Manager would not return our calls, so we asked to speak to anyone who would listen. Got the assistant manager - he was to send us a $25.00 certificate in the mail. Never got it. . . We were going to use it to try Chili's again maybe it was just a bad day for the cook. Since we did not get certificate we have and will not go back.
