CrossFit Launch is here to present you with a program that will get you as physically fit as possible to handle your daily tasks. Our box has no glitz or glamour, no coffee shops, or tennis courts but we do have all the tools necessary to get you fit. Our job is to put YOU in control of reaching your fitness goals by facilitating your listening, thinking, learning and being responsible for reaching those goals. Our team is committed to help guide you on a course to maintain your motivation and produce results. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program. It is defined as; constantly varied, functional movement, at high intensity. CrossFit is not sport-specific and promotes a broad, inclusive and general physical fitness. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age or experience. CrossFit Launch utilizes the core principles of health and fitness, nutrition, metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, jump rope, etc), gymnastics (pull-ups, push-ups, rings, etc) and weightlifting. Our goal is to empower and bring out the inner athlete in people of ALL fitness levels. Our goal at CrossFit Launch is to help each person reach their personal fitness goals and to excel in all areas of sport and life.
