Provided by YP.comI sold a rental property I had in Mandeville, LA on a Friday. I emailed the gentleman agent at the Mandeville agency location on Monday, attaching the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and asked for a pro-rated refund. Tuesday, the agent email me asking for the Settlement Statement that I had previously attached. On Wednesday, he emails an Accord form with my name (sole owner on the property) and added my wife's name as owner also! My home address was incorrect even though I emailed him 2.5 yrs. prior giving them my new address. I kept his email responded that "[he] got it" 2.5 yrs. earlier. So I emailed back stating that I have always been the sole owner of the home and that my address was incorrect and had not been changed as requested years earlier. Thursday, I again emailed, asking for the corrected Accord form. Late Thursday afternoon, his response was "o Thought it was sent I ll send in the morning." I called, got a receptionist, said agent was on the phone, but could take my name/number. I asked who the agency owner was and she said she didn't know. I asked who the supervisor or manager was and she did give me a name/number of someone at the Slidell office.

Provided by YPmobileOn the 28th of July I went into Frazier Insurance to make my Progressive Insurance payment. When I got into their office just after 12:00 or noon, I was told by a person I had never met before that everyone one was at lunch and she did not know how to process a payment so she took my phone number and said she would have someone call me back right away to take my payment. Nobody ever called me so I went on on the 30th and asked why they never called me. She told me that she never got to it. I told her it was not right to not call me back. Then she called a gentman from the back of the office and asked him for help processing my payment they got that done and I asked them for the amount of my monthly payment so I could set up the payment online. Neither of them could figure out how come up with that info. After about 5 minute I told them I would just wait for the next bill. I recently received three bills from the State of Louisiana, one for each of my cars, stating that I had a lapse in coverage. When I went to the office they said sorry but you did have a lapse in coverage. I reminded them that they did not take my payment. They acknowledged it but said there was nothing they could do. I then called Progressive who called Frazier and the reseptionist said I was correct and they did not take my payment and said they would work up the paperwork stating that it was an error on their part and so I had no laspe in coverage. I called progressive back to say it had been 5 days now and I still had not received any paperwork. The Progressive person called me back about an hour later telling me that he had spoken with the agent and not the receptionist and the agent said that there has not been a time that anyone in his office could not have been able to take a payment so my incident never happened. So I had a lapse of coverage which they never made me aware of and because they had an untrained employee and then lied about it and refused to help me an now I owe the state 375.00. BTW i pay them about 5k a year for my three cars with no accident. Please stay away from this company and Progressive for that matter, because they did nothing to help me either.
