I bring high end clothing that is barely used. They used to buy everything and offer fair reimbursement. Lately, I have experienced lower than expected reimbursement and they are turning down good clothing. I have noticed a decline in the inventory quality as well. The staff is not as friendly or efficient. Not going to give them clothes for less anymore.

Clean store. Everyone is polite and helpful. Great items for great prices; they buy your items for cheap to be able to sell them for cheap (duh!).

Awsome selection. but the first time I went, service at the counter made me feel as if I was a bother. I will go back though. Hopefully I'll be helped by someone else.

This is an amazing place to sell your child's old items to and buy new items.

We are in from out of town with our newborn baby... My husband is a doctor and I am a stay at home mom... We always sell our baby stuff to OUAC stores because we are very happy with the concept of this idea.....While in mandeville for thanksgiving, we needed a stroller to take our child around... We purchased the stroller two days ago and are leaving tomorrow... We would have used the stroller today, but when we put the baby in, the wheels would not move... She was over the weight limit... When we went to take the stroller in, the owner would not take the return nor give us a store credit... She was very rude and said "we were only bringing the stroller back for the cash." this is while I was wearing over 100k in jewelry alone. She also said "obviously we were not from new Orleans and must be from the north." It was a very tramatic experience and when we get home, we will speak to am attorney for the emotional stress this has caused. I would suggest not going into this store unless you would like to leave very upset... The owner, cindy, was very hurtful and I plan on taking this to the highest level.
